Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.

A. Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.


 

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.


 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Mehmet Kerem Ugurlu, Friederike-Fliedner Weg 11, 40489 Düsseldorf, Germany, Email: hilfe@klassy-store.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) or via our returns portal. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.


 

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.


 

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.


 

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods,( unless you use our return label (flat fee of €6.50) only for German customers)

If a discount was granted on the gross order value in the shopping cart through the redemption of a voucher, this discount will not be taken into account when calculating the purchase price of the returned goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General Information

  1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use protective outer packaging. If you no longer possess the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

  2. Please do not send the goods back to us freight forward (unpaid).

  3. Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

How Your Return Works – Step by Step

Want to return something? No problem! To ensure everything goes quickly and smoothly, just follow these steps:

  • Register Return: Inform us of your withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your goods. The easiest way is via our Returns Portal or by email to hilfe@klassy-store.com.

  • Prepare Package: Please place the items in the original packaging. Ensure the goods are undamaged and securely packed.

  • Our Return Label: You use our return label. In this case, we will deduct a flat fee of €6.50 from your refund.

  • Send Return: Take the package to the nearest drop-off point. Please keep the postage receipt safe until we have confirmed receipt.

  • Receive Refund: As soon as your return has arrived and been inspected, we will refund the amount within a maximum of 5 days via your original payment method.
