Order & Payment

What payment methods do you offer?


We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay and purchase on account via Klarna.

Can I change my order afterwards?

No, unfortunately, a change or cancellation is not possible.

How can I find out if my order has been shipped?

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Where is my order confirmation?

This will be sent automatically after purchase. Please also check your spam folder.

Shipping & Delivery

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €79.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer EU-wide shipping.

Where can I track my order?

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also check the status via our "Track Order" menu item.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, for Germany we offer DHL Express with delivery within 1 working day for €9.99 .

How long does delivery take?

Within Germany, the pure transit time with DHL is usually 1–2 working days . The total time from order to receipt is often only 1 to 3 working days.

Returns & Cancellations

How do I return an item?

Please use our automated returns portal ( klassy-store.com/apps/returns ). Enter your order number and email address there to receive the label.

How long do I have to return it?

You can return your items to us within 14 days of receipt.

When will I get my money back?

Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be processed within 5 working days via your original payment method.
