How do I return my order?

  2. Enter your order number and email address.
  3. Select item & specify reason for return
  4. Follow the return instructions and send the package.



Once we receive your return, we will refund you the amount.

Can I change my order afterwards?

Yes — as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Contact us directly for that.

How can I find out if my order has been shipped?

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

When will my order be shipped?

We usually process orders within 2-3 days. In exceptional cases, it may take longer. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive shipping information with a tracking link.
